As many of you know, I’m on the board of Goodwill NYNJ. I chose to get involved because I wanted to put my experience in retail and strategy to support an organization that’s creating real, lasting impact.

Goodwill’s mission is simple yet powerful: to help people build better lives through the dignity of work.

Every day, Goodwill NYNJ provides job training, employment services, and critical support to people who are often overlooked, those facing barriers due to disability, economic hardship, or other challenges. This isn’t charity. It’s empowerment. It’s giving people the tools and confidence to find meaningful work, support themselves and their families, and take control of their futures.

As someone who has spent my career focused on building community, the value of work, and opportunity, this mission is incredibly personal. When you support Goodwill, you’re helping create second chances, new beginnings, and pathways to success.
