4th Annual Never Run Alone Road Race

Welcome to the 4th Annual Never Run Alone Road Race! All proceeds from this race will directly benefit the Tyler Nims Scholarship Foundation. For those reading this who did not know Tyler, he was the kind of person who would instantly light up any room that he walked into. In August of 2018, Tyler lost his battle with mental health. Since then, a scholarship in his name was created benefiting 2 students from Oakmont Regional High School and 2 students at Worcester State University each year. The goal of this race is to raise money for his scholarship fund, but more importantly have some fun in memory of Tyler. As you train for this race, encourage your friends to come with you, challenge your family members to run or walk, and have fun with it. Remember, we never run alone!

You can sign up in 2 different ways:

At Home Race: You can sign up for the at home portion of the race. If you select this option, you will be mailed a race T-shirt and a bib number. You can run or walk your race at any time in any place!

In Person 5k: We are partnering with the running group Central Mass Striders to put this on. Each participant will receive a race T-shirt and a running bib at registration the morning of the race. Details for the race are below:

Where: 486 Chandler Street, Worcester MA. Registration will be in the Sullivan Academic building room 126 located on the Worcester State Campus. The race will be in a 3 mile loop around campus and the surrounding neighborhood.

When: Saturday April 27 2024. 8:15am registration, 9am race begins.
