Harvest Dinner

Join us for a fun pre-thanksgiving dinner with indigenous speaker, Joyce White Deer Vincent and indigenous chef, Neftalí Durán. Buffet menu will include wild rice, tepary beans, bison, mixed winter squash (gleaned by Rachel's Table), seasonal vegetables, and kids quesadillas, and acorn pumpkin pie bars by Lighthouse students for dessert. Price is sliding scale $0-$25, no one will be turned away for lack of funds but all proceeds will benefit Holyoke Food and Equity Collective and Lighthouse Holyoke.
