HipHoticHelps Inc. non profit 501 c3 was founded in New York City in 2016, registered in 2017, and received its tax exemption in 2018. Today ,HHH is a thriving global behavioral health corporation with two subsidiary non profits which are MedHelps Behavioral Health Clinics and The Butterfly Progressive Inc.

HHH mission is the (PE-ACT) providing effort and action for community transformations through teaching and practicing B.A.N.S.A.K.E.H.M. the (9) sciences of survival.
