Prior to arriving, these horses lived in farming communities, working tirelessly for years. When they can’t keep up with the workload due to age or injury, they are replaced with younger horses and are faced with a bleak fate.
That’s where Draft Gratitude steps in - regardless of the horse’s needs or prognosis.
Draft Gratitude’s dedicated team works to ensure the health of the horses in a responsible and compassionate manner. This consistent and often intensive level of care is expensive, averaging $31 per day per horse.
