On **Saturday, June 17, 2023**, Fathers’ Day weekend, the Morehouse College Atlanta Alumni Association (the MCAAA) will host its 13th annual "Honoring Our Fathers" awards brunch. At this event, outstanding work done by Atlanta-area men as fathers, mentors, and community builders will be recognized and honored. Honoring Our Fathers dually serves as the MCAAA's primary main fundraiser for its Scholarship Fund for Morehouse students. Past honorees have included U.S. Senator Rev. Dr. Raphael Warnock, former Surgeon General Dr. David Satcher, and former Morehouse College President Dr. Robert Michael Franklin, as well as unsung brothers who make an extraordinary impact as leaders and father figures within their communities.
