Save the date for the Slow Food Hudson Valley Pasture Walk to Explore a Hudson Valley Family Farm

When: Saturday, September 14, 2024

Time: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Where: Chaseholm Farm

Join us for an interactive pasture walk at Chaseholm Farm, one of the few remaining small family dairies in Dutchess County. The walk, led by third-generation farmer Sarah Chase, will start at 1:00 PM. Sarah will guide us through regenerative and climate-supportive agriculture and share insights into running a small family farm. You will have an opportunity to taste their nutrient-dense raw milk from their grass-fed herd and cheese made on the farm. A minimum donation of $15 is suggested for Slow Food members and $20 for non-members.
