Holy Habits was not created from a business idea—it was born from my life.

I know what it feels like to search for belonging and come up empty. I was abandoned at a young age and raised in an environment where I often had to grow up too quickly, caring for my blind and declining grandmother while quietly carrying the weight of not feeling like I truly belonged anywhere.

As I got older, that emptiness followed me. I searched for connection, identity, and relief in places that ultimately led me deeper into brokenness—through unstable environments, destructive relationships, and substance use. I found myself in cycles that felt impossible to escape, chasing something I couldn’t quite name but desperately needed.

There were moments in my life where I came dangerously close to losing everything—moments that should have taken me out. But by the grace of God, they didn’t.

Instead, my life was transformed.

What once felt like endless searching became a story of healing, redemption, and restoration. And in that transformation, I began to see clearly what had been missing—not just in my life, but in the lives of so many others.

We don’t just need better choices.

We need better environments.

We need spaces where people can belong without pretending, connect without substances, and encounter something greater than themselves.

Holy Habits is that space.

It exists because I know firsthand what it feels like to walk into places that promise connection but leave you empty—and how powerful it is to step into a place where you are truly seen, safe, and invited into something more.
