Shock and heartbreak are what we found when met Maria Elena at her home where she lives alone, with no electricity, no water, and no bathroom. Sleeping on a piece of old worn foam without sheets or a pillow.

We can’t unsee the need and with your help and donations believe we can help Maria live the rest of her days in a little more comfort.

OUR GOALS ARE

Phase 1: Bed, Complete clean out of home, Portable toilet, temporarily fix any roof leaks (the rainy season has begun), bedding, dishes (she doesn't even have a plate), and other household items to bring functionality and comfort.

Phase 2: If at all possible get her into a Senior Assisted Home. If not possible, rebuild or stabilize her current home. 

We will also start delivering groceries monthly.
