Our Home Repair Initiative (HRI) provides critical home repairs for low-income homeowners.

Since 2012 when the program was started, we have completed 84 projects in Benton County. The primary goal of the program is to increase the health, safety, and accessibility for struggling homeowners.

For many clients these repair projects would be otherwise unattainable because upfront costs can be prohibitive. When a homeowner can’t afford a project, critical repairs linger. When this happens, susceptible residents are at risk of displacement due to unaffordable or unmanageable repairs.

Through our program, homeowners get the work they need done with affordable payment schedules, zero interest, and no cost for labor.
