🌸MEET THE CHEF
Originally from Chiangmai, Thailand, Chef Hong Thaimee started her career at Jean-Georges’ Spice Market and Perry Street. She is now one of the most visible faces of Thai food in the US, she is also an inspirational speaker, author of a popular cookbook, culinary educator, and global chef ambassador for the AIDS charity (RED).
Constantly in demand, Chef Hong appears at some of the most prestigious venues and 5 Star hotel brands around the world. She has cooked at the New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art (the first Thai chef to do so in the 150-year history of the museum), has held cooking classes at the De Gustibus cooking school at Macy’s, and has been invited to collaborate with the Mandarin Oriental New York, St. Regis Maldives, Hoxton Hotel Paris and many more.
This class is over, but you can still donate to Fair Fight and get a recording of the live class + Chef Hong's recipe.
