Kitchen Rodeo Presents: Cooking for Equity – Asian Chefs for Black Lives
This is a 10 part cooking series with some of the nation’s leading Asian Chefs. All events in this series - in solidarity with Black Lives Matter - will support Fair Fight, the anti-voter suppression organization founded by Stacey Abrams, playing a critical role in ensuring fair elections at all levels.
100% of proceeds from this event will go to Fair Fight.

🌸MEET THE CHEF
Originally from Chiangmai, Thailand, Chef Hong Thaimee started her career at Jean-Georges’ Spice Market and Perry Street. She is now one of the most visible faces of Thai food in the US, she is also an inspirational speaker, author of a popular cookbook, culinary educator, and global chef ambassador for the AIDS charity (RED).
Constantly in demand, Chef Hong appears at some of the most prestigious venues and 5 Star hotel brands around the world. She has cooked at the New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art (the first Thai chef to do so in the 150-year history of the museum), has held cooking classes at the De Gustibus cooking school at Macy’s, and has been invited to collaborate with the Mandarin Oriental New York, St. Regis Maldives, Hoxton Hotel Paris and many more.

A non-refundable payment in US Dollars for the full course fee per person is required to reserve a place. Payment will be processed at the time of registration.
Kitchen Rodeo is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you in preparing to attend its programs.
Refunds & cancellations:
There will be no refund for cancellations for registration. All donations and sales are final.
Kitchen Rodeo reserves the right to cancel any program should a minimum number of participants not be reached.

I have read the aforementioned risks and I am familiar with the nature of the classes and activities involved in the cooking classes. I understand and appreciate the inherent risks and the types of injuries that may occur as a result of my participation. I assert that my participation in Kitchen Rodeo's classes or activities is voluntary and I knowingly assume all risks associated therewith.
