As we count down to our beloved Father’s Day Road Race, we’re reminded that this event is about so much more than running or walking—it’s about community, connection, and celebrating the father figures who shape our lives.

Whether or not you plan to join us on race day, we invite you to take part in a meaningful way over the next two weeks. You can honor a father, grandfather, mentor, or any special father figure by purchasing a commemorative 'sneaker'—available for $35 at the Welcome Desk through May 18, 2026.

Each sneaker will proudly display your honoree’s name in our lobby, creating a visible tribute to the people who mean so much to our community. In addition, all names will be included on our Father’s Day Road Race t-shirts—ensuring their impact is recognized and celebrated by all.

Proceeds from this initiative directly support the JCC’s mission—advancing wellness, growth, connection, and a sense of belonging for individuals of all ages, backgrounds, faiths, and abilities. Your participation helps sustain the programs, spaces, and experiences that bring our community together every day.
