The Town of Hoosick Rescue Squad, Inc., is a dedicated emergency medical services provider proudly serving the Town of Hoosick and surrounding communities. As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, our mission is to deliver timely, compassionate, and professional pre-hospital care to those in need, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Founded on a commitment to public safety and community service, the Rescue Squad is composed of both paid and volunteer EMTs, AEMTs, and support staff. Our team is highly trained and equipped to respond to a wide range of medical emergencies, from routine transports to critical trauma situations. We continually invest in our personnel, equipment, and training to ensure the highest standard of care.

The Town of Hoosick Rescue Squad operates with integrity, transparency, and accountability, guided by strong leadership and governed by a volunteer board of directors. We actively collaborate with neighboring EMS agencies, fire departments, law enforcement, and local hospitals to ensure seamless care across the region.

In addition to emergency response, we engage in public education, CPR and first aid training, and community outreach initiatives, reinforcing our role not only as responders, but as trusted partners in public health and safety.

As we continue to grow and evolve, our commitment remains steadfast: to serve our community with excellence, compassion, and professionalism.

We are currently seeking donations to support the maintenance and upkeep of our aging building, replace aging trucks and equipment and fund our educational offerings. We appreciate any support offered and provided.
