At Hope Creek Academy, our mission is to provide a safe, enriching, and inclusive environment where neurodivergent children can thrive.

This year, we're focusing on creating safer outdoor spaces and garden-focused learning spaces for our students and staff!

Our students and staff deserve a space where they feel secure, supported, and able to learn and grow. As part of our safety upgrades, we are focusing on critical improvements like securing the perimeter of our school with protective fencing and upgrading our parking safety to create a calmer, safer flow of traffic during drop-off and pick-up.

From shade structures in our play yards to nature trails where children can explore and connect with their environment, we are committed to enriching the outdoor gardening spaces to support more interactive learning. These measures are vital to ensuring that our students are protected and our staff can focus on teaching.

We also understand the importance of creating calm, sensory-friendly spaces for our children to retreat to when they feel overwhelmed. That’s why we’re working to add safe spaces around the school—sensory swings, quiet areas, and hammocks—to help our students regulate and feel at ease.

As a small non-profit school, we rely on the support of our community to make these plans a reality. Every donation, no matter the size, brings us closer to creating a safer, more secure space for our children to thrive.
