With your help we can ensure that everyone has access to the mental health support they need by providing access to emotional wellness opportunities (such as yoga classes, guided meditations, support groups, workshops, and hikes) that teach positive habits of self-care and foster healthy relationships.

Habitual Roots works hard to provide communities in Denver and Charlotte with donation-based classes and workshops that promote authentic community and personal wellness. Just like you, we care about our community and have now served over 4,000 people. That's 4,000 who have felt seen, heard, and supported.
