Pierce LoPachin's Story

Pierce LoPachin grew up in Abilene, TX and attended Crockett Elementary School, Lincoln Middle School, Abilene High, and McMurry University. He is a Senior Accountant at Condley & Co., a civic leader, and above all else is an actor. His father is Doug LoPachin, a Geologist and actor as well. His sister is Paydin LoPachin, a businesswoman who runs the family business Wishing Star Productions in Dallas, TX. Pierce's mother, Terran, works for Hardin-Simmons University. 

In 2004 Pierce became the youngest Presidential Elector for Senate District 24. He ran unsuccessfully for State Representative, District 71, in 2016. In 2018 Pierce joined the Board of Directors at Abilene Community Theatre as their Treasurer. In 2019 Pierce became a member of the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club of Abilene and in 2021 he was elected to serve as President for 2022-2023. Pierce currently serves as the Treasurer for the Volunteer Service Council at the Abilene State Supported Living Center. 
 
Pierce is also very involved with the artistic scene here in Abilene. He will serve as a juror for the 24 Fps Film Festival, which will showcase international short films, at the Historic Paramount Theatre this November. He has been an actor for nearly 34 years and his most recent play was Angels in America at Abilene Community Theatre. In 2020, Pierce was in The Fantasticks at McMurry University.
