Suds Jain put special interests ahead of the community, according to the Grand Jury. He wasted millions on:  the highest-paid city administration in history, on downtown planning that has produced no results, and on his personal attempt to strip voters of the right to elect our police chief. He lowered ethical standards at City Hall by hiding a colleague’s criminal activity and opposing the Grand Jury’s call for an independent ethics commission. He pushes paid parking at the Franklin Mall, threatening local businesses and forcing parking into our neighborhoods.
