Be Aware Blount is making a difference in Blount County in a myriad ways. This work is leading to students, individuals, and families better understanding the dangers of drug and alcohol use, and it is helping all in our community to find healthier coping choices.

We are a small staff, but we are a huge team because you come alongside us to multiply our work by bringing more awareness and educating others with data-informed information. We are only as successful in this important work of prevention because of the strength of the extended team that makes up this coalition.

We have many growth goals ahead in 2025, and that is mostly focused on students in all three school districts. Many of you have children and grandchildren in our schools, all who need better prevention education to empower them to make the best choices to lead to their healthy future. Be Aware Blount's work in our schools is integral to our students' education and ability to make healthy choices.

We need your help to accomplish this. As we grow our reach, your gifts make it possible for us to do so. We not only need you to give, but we need you to encourage others in our community to make gifts to Be Aware Blount for the first time. We need you to partner with us in sharing the love of prevention with others in your circles.
