Join Whole Women Link's very own Sommer Seitz and our special guest teacher, Sophia Ojeda, as they bring science and spirituality together in our very first Whole Women Link Wellness Gathering & Fundraiser.

Enter into a space where you are unconditionally accepted as you are. Enjoy wellness shots provided by The Plant Ally and live music to kick the journey off. During this gathering we will work on developing your relationship with your inner-self, beginning with an introduction to the science of heart-math, then relaxing into a yin/restorative yoga session, followed by a sound bath to help you relax and let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns.

This event will also be a fundraising effort for our non-profit organization. Your ticket purchases and any additional contributions will help us get these great tools, some of which you will experience at the gathering, largely online so we can break down the barriers of economics and location; allowing access to women anywhere, anytime. We will provide body-based tools such as yoga, tapping and breath-work to name a few as well as some key holistic mental health tools. Our team is committed to providing the best care that helps women nurture themselves in all aspects of life.
