Greetings Middlefork Ranch Shareholders & Friends,

I hope this message finds you well and that you are enjoying the summer season.

As many of you know, we have the great fortune to employ both Paul and Jessie Miller as onsite
managers at the Pistol Creek Ranch. Their dedication to the job, extraordinary work ethic, unfailing
positive attitudes, and true sense of western hospitality have made PCR better overall and a significantly
more enjoyable place to visit during the past few seasons. Paul and Jessie’s commitment to the ranch is
truly exemplary and the results of their hard work speak for themselves.

History has proven that one of the few negative aspects of working at Pistol Creek Ranch is the extended
time away from family. Being at the ranch throughout a full season and missing personal connections with
children and grandchildren can be very trying, resulting in dissatisfaction with the job, and potentially
leading to premature separation from PCR. The Millers have an extended and very close family unit.
Supporting them in maintaining those relationships is paramount.

In an effort to show our sincere appreciation, and with the intent of keeping the Millers happy and content
in their positions, a vote was passed during the July 5th, 2024, Board of Directors meeting which outlined a
plan to provide an “Air Charter Fund” for The Millers. This vote was overwhelmingly supported by the
shareholders during the Summer Business Meeting held on July 6th. The fund is intended to be used by
Paul and Jessie, at their discretion, for travel in and out of the ranch to visit family and take care of
personal business as needed.

The Board of Directors intended this fund to be separate from monies allocated in the operating budget
for air charter costs and it was decided that each cabin would contribute a minimum of $250 providing
enough capital for approximately 3 trips directly from the PCR to the Millers home. Direct trips significantly
reduce travel time and therefore minimize time away from the ranch, while simultaneously maximizing the
value of the benefit to the Millers.

Using this donation page will send funds directly to the Millers. You can select the minimum $250
contribution or choose from other options including any custom amount that you determine appropriate.
