These are a few housekeeping items as you get started.

1) Thank you for registering. If you would like to fundraise as part of this challenge, we would greatly appreciate it. You can ask friends/family or businesses to sponsor you for each mile you do or donate a flat amount. All donations are tax deductible. Your personal or team page that you set up has buttons to share out on Social Media and by email. (If you need help with your page, please let me know)

2) We have a tracking app to help you log your push-ups. *More information will be sent once you sign up for the app* App goes live October 1st!

How to sign up

You can access the MoveSpring app by creating an account on app.movespring.com or by downloading the iOS or Android app.

Confirm the org code: iRiseAdventure2023 (not case sensitive), then confirm Rise Above Violence as the organization
Follow the steps to create your MoveSpring account and connect a device.

Once your account is created you’ll automatically be added to the challenge.

3) We have a facebook group page where you can post pictures of yourself - one of the prizes is for push-ups done in the most unusual place and with the best costume on. You have to post to our facebook group in order to be eligible to win.
