It does exactly what it says on the tin - it’s an interest free loan that helps first time home buyers disadvantaged by the racial wealth gap. It’s one of the reasons I’m most proud to be a longtime volunteer and more recent trustee of the South Orange/Maplewood Community Coalition on Race.
