Resilient Agency's Youth Development Field Trips

On Resilient Agency's field trips, youth spend the day at Catalina Island learning about environmental conservation and volunteering with Catalina Island Conservancy and Long Beach Conservation Corps. The field trip includes a tour of the island where youth learn about the unique ecology of Catalina Island and volunteer to help remove invasive plants. The field trip empowers youth to spend time in nature, cultivate wellness and mental health, and learn the importance of giving back to their communities. Through spending the day working alongside nature conservancy professionals, Resilient Agency's youth have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience exploring green careers.
