Where and when does the Fun Run start from?

Registration starts at 1pm in Politan Row at Colony Square in Midtown Atlanta (the corner of 14th and Peachtree Street).   The Fun Run starts at 2pm with awards at 2:30!   There is plenty of parking at Colony Square itself with limited street parking nearby.

What’s the Atlanta Santa Speedo Run, you ask?

It’s a 1-mile fun run where you strip down to your skivvies in the name of charity alongside others who are just as bold and beautiful as you are inside and out!

Sound like a jolly good time? It is!

This baring-all fundraising event benefiting Joining Hearts is modeled after an event that began in Boston in 2000. While Speedos and Santa hats are welcome, as is any spirited costume that really rings in the season, they are not required. (Just know we may make fun of you if you show up in your favorite workout attire—unless it’s decorated with sparkles and bells, then that’s cool).

Who is Joining Hearts and what happened to Berts Big Adventure?

Bert's Big Adventure has handed Santa's reins over to Joining Hearts.  Joining Hearts is a 36 year old, all volunteer oganization that raises funds and awareness supporting HIV/AIDS prevention, care and housing for our Atlanta community.  Joining Hearts has given over $2.8 million dollars to Atlanta beneficiaries like AID Atlanta, Satus:Home and Hope Atlanta.  More about us can be found here.
