Growing up around the painful realities of addiction, I learned early what it feels like to struggle, to heal, and to rebuild.

Those experiences lit a fire in me — and inspired me to create PAWSitive Growth: a place where real support, practical tools, and lots of encouragement come together to help people change their lives.

At PAWSitive Growth, we believe healing is possible for everyone.
Through virtual coaching, skill-building, and positivity, we help people recognize their strength, create healthy habits, and move forward with confidence — one step at a time.
