Acera Education Innovations (AceraEI) partners with public schools to eliminate the equity gap in the STEM career pipeline. By partnering with public schools and introducing students to STEM early, together we can ensure that the following numbers rise:

In 2023, only 1 in 4 STEM jobs are held by females.

Only 1 in 9 STEM jobs are held by Black and Latino people (yet 40% of the United States is Black and Latino).

At Acera Education Innovations (AceraEI), we believe that all children deserve to feel the joy of hands-on engagement, curiosity and creativity, as well as a sense of safety, freedom and respect in their educational experiences. AceraEI partners with educators, schools, and communities to support this vision through customized and scalable solutions, including tools, curricula, program and leadership development. Together, we provide students with high-engagement learning that develops core capacities – like systems thinking, problem-solving, and creativity – and safeguards each student’s spirit, curiosity and innate love of learning, enabling them to be the best version of themselves.

AceraEI's pilot STEM Challenge was a success in the high poverty Tenderloin district of San Francisco, engaging families and promoting ongoing STEM learning. Currently, AceraEI's STEM Challenge is currently underway in schools across Massachusetts.

On this Giving Tuesday, the R&D Impact Foundation, a partner of AceraEI's in equipping more students and communities with STEM opportunities, is offering a challenge to us: raise $25,000 through Giving Tuesday and in December, and they will donate $25,000 to the STEM Challenge. Help us reach our goal of $25,000 and together, we can ensure that more students are introduced to STEM early and are given the tools to thrive in STEM throughout their lives!
