Every day, kids, adults, and families reach out to us wanting to heal from trauma — but too many get stuck because they can’t afford the specialized care they need.

Traditional therapy often isn’t enough for survivors of complex or sexual trauma. They need trauma-focused support like EMDR, EMDR intensives, and steady relational attunement to truly heal.

Unhealed people often act out in hurtful ways and continue cycles of pain, abuse, and neglect. If they aren't acting out, then they pay for it within their own bodies creating significant health issues that make it hard for them to contribute, hard to parent, hard to live out their purpose.

Your Giving Tuesday gift supports our pay-what-you-can program, which removes financial barriers so survivors can:

• begin therapy without long waitlists

• receive trauma-specialized EMDR from clinicians who truly understand complex trauma and dissociation

• access EMDR intensives when deeper, faster healing is needed

• feel safe, supported, and guided every step of the way
