Meesh & Ula 2025 Sponsorship

Meesh and Ula were adopted by a different horse rescue that eventually decided to focus on their horses and not have the two goats. They were given to us a few years ago and they are both our most cuddly and most destructive residents! 

We have built extra fencing to prevent them from eating every cactus, tree branch, rose bush, and whatever else they can get into. But they are worth it because they love being pet and scratched, and sitting ear folks or following us around on walks. 

Perhaps because of their early life with horses, they do not have their own enclosure, preferring to room with the horses in the corrals. They get along with all of the animals (except for Templeton when he’s eating) and they are very well suited for the harsh desert environment. 

Monthly Feed Costs: $25 each in feed, $22 in hay, $25 in fresh produce, $15 in probiotics

Farrier every 4-6 months: $100 each
