All young artists carry a spark of creativity — and with your support, that spark can grow into something extraordinary. At Lovewell Institute for the Creative Arts, students ages 9–19 come together to write and perform original musicals that reflect their voices, ideas, and dreams.

For more than 35 years, Lovewell has given young people the opportunity to discover their voices, their confidence, and their creativity. In that time, over 7,000 students have taken part in Lovewell workshops, creating 292 original musicals in more than 40 communities worldwide. Every story we tell, every song our students write, and every curtain that rises is made possible by the generosity of supporters like you.

Our year-end fundraising campaign, “Ignite the Light,” celebrates the spark of creativity that lives in every young artist.

For each $10 donation, we'll add your name as a contributor to our Friends of Lovewell list for all of 2026.

The Friends of Lovewell list will appear in our workshop programs and on our website throughout 2026. List your name, your child's name, a donation in someone's memory - whatever you like! Each $10 donation earns a name - give $20, we'll add two names, and so on.

Your support helps us provide scholarships, resources, and transformative creative experiences that build confidence, empathy, and lifelong skills. Together, we can ignite the light that will guide the next generation of storytellers, dreamers, and changemakers.
