Our Residents

Imagine Housing communities are home to over 1,400 people whose income is below 60% of the area median income. Our residents include families, veterans, single parents, youth and adults who have been homeless, survivors of domestic violence, and people on a fixed income due to age, health, or disability. Our residents have diverse backgrounds, needs, and goals. Imagine Housing’s affordable homes offer them a stable place to build their future.

Our Housing

Imagine Housing develops permanent affordable rental homes in East King County. Our apartments provide individuals and families a place to live near their jobs, good schools, transportation, and health services. We create welcoming communities and offer individualized support to allow each resident to pursue and achieve their goals. We own and manage 15 apartment communities across the Eastside.

Our Services

We offer on-site, individualized services to help residents take the next step in transforming their lives. Our Resident Support staff members meet regularly with residents starting the day they move in. We connect our residents to resources for employment, healthcare, education, substance abuse or mental health counseling, legal assistance and help with basic needs such as food and clothing. We build a sense of community at each of our properties through the events our Case Managers tailor to community needs, such as community meals, holiday parties, craft nights and classes.
