I believe in the possibilities of every individual and family that comes through our doors seeking to better their lives through education and employment. I imagine the possibilities for all of our young people who engage in our afterschool and summer camp programs where we encourage them to find their "native genius" and explore what they want to be when they grow up! I support our youth and young adults who come to us for guidance, support and an opportunity to earn diploma seals and gain valuable credentials through our summer earn and learn initiatives. I applaud the courage of our STARs (individuals Skilled Through Alternative Routes) as they put in the work through our adult education and/or Career Readiness training programs to increase their economic mobility and create the lives that they desire for themselves and their families.
