Thank you for honoring the memory of Sarkis P. Manjikian—beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend to all hyrenaser Armenians—through your generous support for the ANCA Endowment Fund.
We are honored - far beyond what words can convey - that you have entrusted us with a share of Mr. Manjikian's legacy. We attach solemn responsibility to this charge and will work tirelessly to live up to the high standard set during his remarkable lifetime of service and sacrifice.
Sarkis was born in his ancestral village of Karadouran in Kessab, Cilicia (currently in Syria), as the youngest child of Stepan and Martha Manjikian. After attending primary school in Kessab and high school at Karen Jeppe Jemaran in Aleppo, he continued his education at the French Technical School in Tripoli, Lebanon. Sarkis always valued education and supported anyone and everyone in attaining higher education. He is survived by his wife, son, daughter and son-in-law, and seven grandchildren, as well as his older sister and numerous family members and friends.
Please note that donations to the ANCA Endowment Fund are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.
