This page is dedicated to the memory of Dr. Margaret Elgin, long-time dog foster to A Forever Home Rescue Foundation (AFH).

AFH is a nonprofit, volunteer‑driven organization dedicated to giving dogs in need a second chance at life. We believe every dog deserves love, safety, and a forever family—and we work every day to make that a reality.

Our mission is simple: rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome. We take in dogs from shelters, overcrowded facilities, and challenging situations, providing them with medical care, compassion, and a stable environment until they find the loving homes they deserve.

When you support A Forever Home Rescue Foundation, you’re not just giving a dog a home—you’re giving them hope.
Together, we can change lives, one wagging tail at a time.
