Enjoy a farm-to-table dinner at the Youth Garden Project with Guest Chefs Tim Buckingham and Bernard Guillas!

The Youth Garden Project would like to invite you all to a garden dinner the evening of Friday, June 9th. The theme of this dinner is in-season celebration: enjoy a multi-course meal prepared with seasonal, late-spring ingredients harvested straight from the garden! Dine outside at one long, communal table with friends and family under twinkling lights, beautifully set in the heart of the garden. The event will be complete with a starting reception of vegetable cruditee and mocktails, a farm tour, a craft activity, and a seed-to-table dining experience like no other with stunning views of the red rocks in the distance. This evening at the beautiful Youth Garden Project is sure to be a unique and special experience for locals and visitors alike.

Here are the need-to-know details:

Tickets are sliding scale. Please see the note below for details.

The event begins at 6pm with an optional farm tour and craft activity, as well as cruditee and beverages under the locust tree. Dining service begins at 7:15pm.

Seating is limited so reserve your spot ASAP!

All guests will be seated at the YGP communal table.

Tickets may be refunded up to 48 hours before the event; after that we will not be able to offer a refund for canceled tickets.

Proceeds will benefit YGP’s youth and community programs, such as Garden Classroom Field Trips, YGP Summer Camp, CareShare produce donations to local food pantries, and more!

Please note: We want our seed-to-table events to be accessible to all, regardless of income. By offering a sliding scale for ticket pricing, YGP is seeking to mitigate a financial barrier to entry that members of our community may experience. Please call us directly (435-259-2326) if you would like to attend this event but feel unable to donate one of the suggested amounts. Alternatively, you may skip the ticket selection when registering, and add the optional donation of your choice.
