This fundraiser is to help a 6-person family living in Deir Al-Balah. Our person of contact's name is Karam. He and his 23-year-old sister Nagham, 58-year-old father Atef, two younger brothers 19-year-old Mohammed and 10-year-old Yazan, and 66-year-old Uncle Kamel are struggling to meet their needs during the ongoing occupation and attack on Gaza and Palestinian livelihood.
Of the utmost urgency, Karam's 66-year-old Uncle Kamel has sustained eye injuries from an Israhell drone attack. He needs surgical help, which he can receive when he crosses the border into Egypt once the border reopens. The cost of the border entry and surgery come to around $5300. The goal of this fundraise is $8000 to cover that and then to help Karam's family meet their nutritional needs. No one should ever be starving, and I beg of you to please give whatever you can to this family. They are beautiful people who will benefit greatly from whatever you can give.
Currently, each of them are surviving off of one meal a day which they are able only to purchase at a vastly inflated price (10x the normal price of market goods). This means they are only able to purchase canned goods, bread, oil, etc and stretch it so that each of them are able to survive daily.
Karam also has a small cat who he generously shares his meals with. He is an animal lover, a 6th year medical student, and a very kind person with a big heart. Israhell destroyed his university, making it so that he is unable to graduate. His Uncle Rajab Mezied was killed a few days ago by Israhell, may he rest in peace.
Like other Palestinians who value our support, Karam asks with great gratitude, humility and a loving heart for financial support to help support his family.
Karam also has a paypal which he can quickly and directly get funds from here: https://www.paypal.com/paypalm...
I am begging you from the bottom of my heart to donate to Karam and his family so that they can afford medical help for his Uncle Kamel and get more food so that avoid malnutrition. One meal a day is NOT ENOUGH to survive.
Thank you so much for reading this, and please please please click that donate button before you leave this page. If you do not have the funds, then share this story on any social media you have. Whenever you send money to people in Palestine you are helping them get their needs met, and you should be proud to be a part of that.
