Through tailored candidate preparation, employer training, and ongoing mentorship, we ensure success on both sides of the equation—helping autistic professionals not only get hired but grow and thrive.

To date, our unique Employer Connect program has allowed over 450 job-seekers to improve their job-search and networking skills, and connected them with over 1,400 volunteers at over 75 Fortune 1000 companies.
