As many of you know, I have been in Perú for the past few months, completing an internship with the Portland-based NGO Health Bridges International (HBI). My work and time in Perú have been some of the most meaningful experiences in my life.

I am excited to announce that I have been offered a long-term internship with HBI to help advance their research in reshaping child welfare practices in Latin America. This is a tremendous opportunity; however, I need your help.

By helping to sponsor my internship, you will support a research study I am working on to identify gaps in the Peruvian child welfare system. You will also be helping to advance a Community of Excellence model that HBI has developed to train child welfare workers in evidence-based practices and approaches.
