2nd Chance Voters (2CV) is a Philadelphia based 501(c)(3) organization rooted in the belief that formerly incarcerated and justice-impacted people deserve not only a second chance, but a real path to dignity, belonging, and civic participation. We work at the intersection of reentry, community restoration, and nonpartisan civic empowerment to help marginalized citizens reconnect, lead, and thrive.
