June 15 - June 30 - Our blending of age groups is a great way to have cross-age teaching. We have people from Ohio, Colorado. This study and service tour will be going to Israel to visit and study in the actual places we have been talking about, also with service opportunities, and to deepen our affirmation of faith (of us all) as we journey in our faith.

We know there is a cost with this, but your hand up will partner you with us in prayer as we journey there in Israel. Your support also holds us accountable to tell you about our journey, and we hope to strengthen your faith as we journey together in our faith.

Each member of the Israel Study Tour will be using this platform to raise about $3300 each for this journey. If your goal is $3,300 per -That is 44 people giving $75 (in a onetime gift, $37.50 twice, or $25 three times) per person. Or even a smaller amount of $8.30 given every week for only three months (given monthly) by 33 people. This is all to say it is very do-able by anyone. While it is doable, raising money isn’t easy, nor is it impossible or dreadfully hard. What it takes is a willingness to “Share, Show, and Sync” - Share -talk with people, Show the vision of the mission, Sync with our networks to pray, participate, promote with you to their friends.

The Ministries that are leading this Study will be David Ministries. Our platform in Israel is Alexander Learning Centre partnered with Christ Church, Caspari Center for Biblical and Jewish Studies, Jerusalem Seminary.

Who and What is David Ministries?

Well, David Ministries' core is Teaching, one that is grounded in the whole Biblical meta-narrative of His-Story. All that we do, teach, train others in, and guide study teams in, aren't Biblical literacy courses or tours, but a journey into a view of who God is and who we are in needing reconciliation with Him. So we can be reconciled with one another in all we do in life; consequently, we can live a focused life abundantly through His Word.

Jewish Rabbi Abraham Heschel once made the following comment about Christians: “It seems puzzling to me how greatly attached to the Bible you seem to be and yet how much like pagans you handle it. The great challenge to those of us who wish to take the Bible seriously is to let it teach us its own essential categories, and then for us to think with them, instead of just about them.” Our foundational faith is a whole narrative of God, one cannot “unhitch” the O.T. from the N.T. as if one is complete without the other. The whole story of His-Story that shows how God through one-man Abraham, to one tribe of Jacob, to one Nation Israel in the line of David, brought one hope/life through one Man – Jesus the Messiah who is the atonement for ALL people who brought all things through to completion under Him.

That is David Ministries - for 25 years, we have helped plan, host retreats, prayer gatherings, networked Churches of various brands, consulted in Ministries/non-profits on relational giving, and healthier internal relationships. While we are still willing to consult, our primary focus is in teaching and training in Israel to equip Christians to answer the lies of this world, so they can see and act against the "Big" lie that is coming. Our group study tour uses the name of Alexander Biblical Learning Centre (website is www.alexandercollege.org, note name will change to Alexander Biblical Studies Centre in 2020).
