In the Weeds is an organization that is a registered 501 (c)(3) nonprofit and provides a multitude of resources, activities, and connections between hospitality staff, owners, and operators within the communities it serves. ITW works to create public awareness of the successes and challenges that our industry and its members face.

In the Weeds' mission is to provide support to restaurant and hospitality staff and create a sustainable workforce for the community.

In the Weeds is grateful to be the beneficiary of financial support resulting from the generous gifts made by individuals, corporations, foundations, organizations, events, and government sources. All donations solicited on behalf of In the Weeds shall be used to further this mission and follow the policies and procedures in our sponsorship package (delivered upon request).
