All exhibitors be cited on the Care Fair Website, in social media, and in the Day-of-Fair brochure.

Registration deadline is Monday, April 28th.

Day of Fair Exhibit Space

The exhibitor participation fee includes exhibit space, one table (72” (6 feet) x 30”), and two chairs.

Please submit your organization or company logo as a jpg or png format and email to carefair@bergencountynj.gov.

If paying by check, checks should be made payable to “Bergen Volunteers-Care Fair” in the amount of the participation fee and sent to P.O. Box 422, Hackensack, NJ 07602. Please be sure to include a copy of your registration confirmation.
