The FourPercent Community is where we go deeper by helping people heal from disconnection, loss, and life transitions through relational healing.
Starting in January, we will be hosting a 7-week coaching program designed to support you within a community of care as you heal from layoffs.
Healing After Layoffs Circle
If you're here, chances are you've recently received news that changed everything. Maybe it was a mass layoff. Maybe your entire department was eliminated, or maybe your individual role was replaced by AI. However it happened, you found yourself suddenly, unexpectedly, without the job that was part of your identity, your routine, your sense of security.
We want you to know something right now: what you're feeling is real, it's valid, and you're not alone.
What To Expect
This program creates a container for your healing—a space where the pain of job loss is met with validation, not minimization, and where you're supported by others who understand what this experience actually feels like.
Each week focuses on one of the seven stages of grief:
Shock, Resistance, Bargaining, Depression, Acceptance, Curiosity, and Meaning

Circle details:
Date: Begins January 2026, lasts 7-weeks
Time: TBD, dependent on total number of registrants but will have various options to accommodate all time zones
Location: Live, via secure and confidential circle group URL
Cost: $245 for 7-weeks, $35 per session
Participants will receive healing in community, gather insights and tools to navigate this difficult time and build community with self and others.
