In 2025, thanks to your support, we expanded care in vital ways:

Opened the Island’s first full-time, affordable Dental Center. For the first time, year-round dental care is available for Vineyard children and families who once had no local option.

Added clinical space with a new mobile exam unit. This new unit allows us to see more patients and shorten wait times while we plan for a permanent new facility.

Began planning a new 7,500-square-foot health center. The future home of Island Health Care will bring primary, behavioral, and dental care together under one roof at One Mariners Landing in Edgartown.
