Dear Friends,

Last year, we celebrated our 10 year Anniversary with a special Promise Campaign and an incredible 10 YA Celebration. You all supported us in astounding ways, helping to fuel the beginning of our 2nd decade as an organization. That support made it possible for us to expand our operations to a new school, Shelburne Middle School in Staunton, VA. We're thrilled to work with even more young people as they undertake the important journey to college and career success.

Our mission of creating access for youth continues to be invigorated by you! As you may know, nonprofit organization's and local school divisions are facing uncertainty in regards to their funding. Your local community support continues to be essential to making our programs happen.With this year's Promise Campaign, we hope to continue to build sustainability for our programs across the Shenandoah Valley. Specifically your support will go towards the following initiatives:

Transportation support for our programs in Harrisonburg. Without reliable transportation, youth face the risk of missing out on afterschool learning opportunities. Funds for this initiative will keep our vans running and make it possible for hundreds of youth to take part in On the Road in Harrisonburg each day!
Career Exploration Courses! We're committed to bringing quality, hands on career experiences to our youth, and this year is no exception. Your support for this initiative will ensure our youth are able to have these impactful experiences
Growing enrollment! We'd love to continue enrolling even more youth in our programs. To do so, we need qualified and well-trained staff, tutors, and ample supplies and materials for academic support.

What makes this campaign especially exciting is a incredible $30,000 matching gift and a $30,000 challenge gift! That means that every dollar you donate is TRIPLED before December 31st. This holiday season, continue to be a champion for youth and help to empower them on the road to success.
