Vie Elite Annual Sweepstakes Fundraiser Official Rules
1. NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Making a donation will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Eligibility
The Vie Elite Annual Sweepstakes is open to legal residents U.S. who are ages of 15 or older. Employees of Vie Elite Volleyball Club their immediate family members, and any affiliated companies or sponsors are not eligible to enter.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on October 25 at 7:00AM and ends on Nov. 7 at 3:30PM (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received by 7:59PM on the end date to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
There are 3 ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
1.) Donation Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, you may make a donation to Vie Elite Volleyball Club/ Vie Athletics at and you will receive number of entries based on:
- 1 entry for every $10 donated
- 5 entries every $25 donated
- 7 entries every $30 dollars donated
- 15 entries every $50 dollars donated
Donations are not required for entry.
2.) Online : Google Form : https://forms.gle/cnACbhM1E9wWY64e6 To enter the Sweepstakes without making a donation. All free entries will be treated the same as entries with donations.
3.) Individual must first FOLLOW Vie Elite VBC social media account through Instagram @ the_vieelite and comment "SWEEPSTAKES" to receive a free entry. 1 entry per comment and tag of a different friend each comment.
There are 50 limit entries per person, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person or email address beyond the stated limit will be void.
5. Prizes
• Grand Prize: $300 Amazon gift card
• Second Prize: $100 Starbucks gift card
• Third Prize: $100 Chick Fil A gift card
• Fourth Prize: Stanley Cup gift basket
Total Awards AVR $600
6. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about November 10, 2024 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner(s) will be notified by email and phone within 3 days of the drawing and will be required to provide/ confirm address to receive winnings. If a potential winner cannot be reached or fails to claim the prize within 5 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes will be mailed to you in 7-15 business days.
8. Prize Conditions
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of any prize is permitted, except by Vie Elite VBC which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize is unavailable. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if applicable. All prizes are awarded “as is” without any warranty.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to Vie Elite VBC and its affiliates to use their name, likeness, and/or biographical information for promotional purposes without further compensation.
10. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to:
• Abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Vie Elite VBC which are final and binding.
• Release and hold harmless Vie Elite VBC, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims or liability arising from participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Vie Elite VBC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Vie Elite VBC in its sole discretion.
11. Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or related to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Houston TX
12. Governing Law
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Vie Elite VBC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
13. Privacy
All personal information collected from entrants will be subject to Vie Elite VBC’s Privacy Policy
14. Sponsor
The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Vie Elite VBC’s located in Houston Texas
15. Clarification
1. Clarity on Donations: MAKING DONATIONS DO NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
2. Tax Implications: If the prize is valued over $600, you may need to file a 1099 with the IRS and provide the winner with the same form for tax reporting.
