As the demand for our services continues to rise, we are expecting even more calls in 2023 (between March and August peak times).

Last year we had a paid part-time call center agent outbound dialing people looking for help. We only got back in touch with about 50% and ultimately got a volunteer to homeowner conversion about 20% of the time. There is a lot of improvement that can be done. Including calling back to manage the stages, and not just make a one time connection.

We are low on funds and can use help from the public to help fuel our call center operations. At the bare minimum, to at least maintain similar outcome this year, we need to raise $1,500 to pay an overseas, English speaking call center rep to monitor the phones and help us get back in touch over a 5 month span.

Of course, anything raised over the goal amount would help us give more paid hours and ultimately wil help us help more people in neighborhoods across the country.
