True Blue 1881, Inc., a 501 (c) (3), strives to live its mission of "creating a world where students are free of food, shelter and economic insecurities." Our successes include:

• Giving more than $200,000 to students in direct aid, and cash scholarships including a $30,000 Williams W. Nucklos War Dawg scholarship to students who have lost a parent.
• Helping students graduate from HBCUs by paying outstanding tuition balances.
• Feeding more than 300 students over the last four years for our annual Thanks and Giving event where students are treated to a chef prepared meal, toiletries as well as scholarships.
• Providing housing aid and resources to students.
