Cotton Branch Farm Animal Sanctuary is located approximately 25 miles south-west of Columbia, SC in Leesville.

Our program begins promptly at 11:00 AM

All tours are prescheduled through our website. Tours last about an hour and a half and take place outside at a leisurely pace. As a guest, you will be given an opportunity to feed, interact with, and learn about our rescued residents, including pigs, cows, donkeys, chickens, ducks, sheep, and goats.

​What to Bring:

During the tour, we will be entering animal areas and there can be muddy areas as well, so rubber boots or hiking boots are highly encouraged throughout the year. Our tours take place outdoors, so please dress accordingly. Guests are encouraged to take photographs throughout the tour and share them on social media!

Weather:

Tours take place rain or shine, so please wear appropriate clothing and footwear. In cases of extreme weather (thunder or snowstorms), Cotton Branch will contact guests about a cancellation and reschedule.

Companion Animal Policy:

Companion Animals are not permitted at the sanctuary because they make many of our rescued residents nervous. Please leave your companion at home because we also do not allow them to be left in a car during your tour.

Refunds/Transfers:

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds and/or transfers for tour tickets. The income that we bring in through our tours is critical to the operation of our organization. When tickets are purchased, the tour slot becomes unavailable for other guests to sign up. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Accessibility:

Our tours take place on dirt roads, grass pasture, and inside barns all of which may not be completely wheelchair friendly. If you have accessibility issues, please email us at [email protected] to make arrangements.
