Penn Relays 2026 is not just another trip.

This year is especially significant for Jamaica College—and for Jamaica—because the legendary 1999 JC 4x800m relay team will be inducted into the Penn Relays Hall of Fame.

Jeffrey Wallace. Dwayne Medley. Kenrick Ferrit. Mashel Jackson.

In 1999, they ran 7:37.71—then the second-fastest time ever recorded at Penn. More than two decades later, that performance still echoes across Franklin Field. Now, the world will officially honor them as one of the greatest middle-distance relay teams in Penn Relays history.

For JC.
For Jamaica.
For legacy.

Since 1990, the Jamaica College Old Boys Association has done more than send athletes to Penn Relays—we have invested in excellence. We’ve poured not just tens of thousands of dollars, but our Fervet passion into ensuring that our boys stand on the world stage prepared to compete, inspire, and win.

Penn Relays is more than a race.

It is a scholarship gateway.
A national proving ground.
A life-changing opportunity.

And in 2026, as we celebrate our Hall of Fame heroes, a new generation of True Blue warriors will step onto that same track—ready to write their own chapter.

But they cannot get there alone.

We must raise $10,00 to cover essential expenses, accommodation, meals, transportation, airport transfers, and logistics, to ensure our team arrives focused, supported, and ready to soar.
