Legal, Medical, and Commissary Support for Jericho Political Prisoners

The Jericho Movement supports and organizes for the freedom of US-held Political Prisoners, Prisoners of War, Politicized Prisoners, and International Political Prisoners. Founded over 27 years ago by three former Black Liberation Political Prisoners and Prisoners of War, we help provide legal representation and medical support to our prisoners, facilitate travel for family visits, educate communities on the existence of US-held Political Prisoners and Prisoners of War, and we support our released prisoners, as well as our freedom fighters who have died behind the walls.

Donations to the Jericho Movement directly support Political Prisoners and their families.

We work with our Political Prisoners and their defense committees to address their specific needs. In classrooms, webinars, UN forums, public events, protests, publications, radio shows, and people’s tribunals –  we share information about the existence of Political Prisoners, the conditions they endure in every US prison system, the community work they continue to do in prison, and our demand for their freedom!

The Jericho Movement is a grassroots, all volunteer organization. In these trying times, we need your help so we may continue this important work of supporting our Political Prisoners and gaining their freedom. Your donations will go towards the following budgeted initiatives.

• 25% legal fees
• 25% commissary and video calls with prisoners
• 20% medical fees 
• 15% staff operations and logistics
• 10% family member travel and visits
• 5% website updates, webinars, and social media
